AI, vendors, and integrations
AI is optional and depends on setup and plan. Data may be sent to vendors only when needed to execute a user request.
Optional OpenAI
When enabled, prompts may include job, resume, profile, and minimum context needed for structured output.
Account platform
Used for authentication, subscriptions, licenses, account data, and operational records.
Mercado Pago
Used for checkout and payment status. Full card data is not stored by Apply Job AI.
LinkedIn and job sites
The desktop app may interact with pages under the user's session and decision, without final automatic submission.

User control
Users can review profile, answers, preferences, and suggestions before using them in applications.
Retention

Access, correction, or deletion requests can be submitted through support, subject to legal and anti-fraud obligations.
